AI Visibility Research & Analysis

Buyers use AI
to discover, research and compare
products & services.

Find out if your brand is mentioned, recommended, or accurately represented.

We research and analyze what AI assistants tell your buyers about your brand to find out where you stand, why, and how to move the needle.

Illustration: three buyers ask an AI assistant: which CRM suits a small team, which moving company to trust, and which running shoes to buy.

We find out what AI is telling buyers about your brand.

Hundreds of carefully worded questions, the ones your buyers ask about your brand, your products, or your services, in their words.

Illustration: the three questions become hundreds of questions, streaming past.

We analyze your position across every major AI assistant.

To do this, we ask them thousands of times. Each square is an answer.

Illustration: thousands of answers land as a grid of squares.

We analyze each answer very deeply.

To find out if your brand is named, how it is recommended, and if it is represented accurately.

Illustration: one answer lifts out of the grid and opens. Asked which running shoes to buy, the assistant recommends Competitor 1, Competitor 2 and Competitor 3, argues against Competitor 4, and never names your brand.

We find out what each model thinks of you.

Whether you are named at all, where you sit when you are, and who gets recommended in your place.

Illustration: the answers sort into six blocks, one per AI model, each showing the share that names you, names a competitor, or names neither.

Where you stand.
Why.
How to move the needle.

Your baseline across the assistants, why they say what they say, and a clear plan to improve it.

You will find out what is said about you, why, and how to move the needle.

How ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers perceive your brand, your products and your services, why, and a ranked plan to change it. The six main pieces, in one line each.

01

The baseline report

How often you are named, how often you are recommended, and how you are described when a buyer asks about you by name.

The decision it supportsWhich assistants and which buyer questions to work on first.

Illustration: six blocks of answers, one per AI assistant. The answers that name you settle at the bottom in gold, between 3 and 26 percent per assistant.

02

The factual accuracy report

The wrong statements in the answers we collect about you, each marked as helping or hurting you, with a numbered fix for each.

The decision it supportsWhat to fix, what to explain with evidence, and what to accept.

Illustration: every claim the assistants make about you as a square, one row per subject. The materials row carries a long run of wrong claims that hurt you, the same invented detail repeated.

03

The competitive landscape

The brands the assistants recommend instead of you, in the order they rank them, and the reason each one is given.

The decision it supportsWhich rivals to take on in the answers, and on what grounds.

Illustration: a tower of answers for each brand the assistants recommend, in the order they rank them, with the reason each one is given. Your tower is short.

04

The positioning analysis

The attribute you want to be known for, who the assistants say owns it today, and what they believe you stand for instead.

The decision it supportsWhich attribute to claim, and what it takes to own it.

Illustration: attributes on one side, brands on the other, and between them the answers that tie a brand to an attribute. Competitor 3 owns durability, the answers tie you to price, and the tie you want is empty.

05

The citation map

The pages and kinds of page the assistants cite when they answer about your category, and whether yours are among them.

The decision it supportsWhere you need to be present, and with which facts.

Illustration: the answers in a row, each with a thread to the kind of page it cites, review sites most of all. Your own site holds a few threads.

06

The AI visibility action plan

Every change ranked by the effect we expect and how sure we are of it, written as a brief your team or a contractor can execute, with the effort each one takes.

The decision it supportsWhat to do first, and how you will know it is done.

Illustration: six actions, each a bar of the effect we expect, the longest first, with the effort each one takes at the end of its row.

Everything above is built from the same evidence: thousands of real answers to the questions your buyers ask, deeply analyzed one by one, to create a clear picture of how your brand is represented by AI today.

How the research runs

Four weeks to real insight and a clear action plan.

Four weeks, in five phases. Every step ends with something you can use.

Phase 1

Discovery

We learn what you sell, to whom, and against whom, in a few short rounds of questions, checked against what buyers and the AI assistants already say about you. Then we design the research around it: the questions your buyers ask, the AI assistants that matter in your market and the competitors to track. You see the scope and the quote in writing before you commission the research.

Phase 2

Data collection

We ask every major AI assistant thousands of times, in your buyers' words, and collect other signals beside the answers.

Phase 3

Data analysis

We read every answer ourselves, and look for the sources behind what the AI assistants repeat about you.

Phase 4

Reporting

Your baseline across the AI assistants: where you stand, and why they say what they say.

Phase 5, week 4

Recommendations

A ranked plan to change it, every action with a brief your team or a contractor can execute, walked through with you in a working session.

After the research, optional

Monitoring

The same questions, the same assistants, after your changes land, so you see what moved, read against how much the models drift on their own. Whether you need it is one of the things the research answers.

Before you ask

The questions everybody asks.

What is the free assessment?

A quicker piece of research on your brand, for the one product or service you name: what the AI assistants say about you today, from memory and after looking you up, in their own words. It gives you enough to decide whether the full research is relevant and useful to your business at this stage. We read every request and follow up with you personally.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

It is for you if your buyers research before they buy. Products and services that cost more, take longer to decide on, are technical enough to need understanding first, or carry enough risk that the buyer asks around. In those categories the AI assistants are already in the buyer's research, and what they say decides who gets the call.

It is not for you if your buyers decide on impulse. A low ticket purchase, made in seconds, where the buyer does not research and the AI assistant is never asked. Nobody is talking about you behind closed doors, so there is nothing for the research to measure yet.

Is this "AI visibility", "GEO", or "AEO"?

It goes by all of those names, and they all describe the same goal: being in the answer when a buyer asks an AI assistant, and being described well when you are. Most of what is sold under those names is a tool that counts mentions, or an agency that rewrites your pages. This is the research that has to come first: what is actually being said about you, why, and what will change it. Without that, the tool counts the wrong thing and the agency rewrites the wrong page.

Which AI assistants do you cover?

Every major assistant your buyers use, including Google's own AI answers, and the set is chosen for your market during discovery, because it is not the same for a consumer brand in the United States as for an industrial supplier in Germany. Each one is asked the same questions, and each one is read on its own, because they do not agree with each other.

Can I just ask ChatGPT about my brand myself?

Yes, and you should, because it is how most people first notice the problem. One conversation is like asking a friend, or a stranger on the street, what they think of you. It tells you what one person said once, and nothing about what everyone who is asked is being told. AI assistants answer differently every time, differently for every phrasing, and differently from each other.

The research collects thousands of real answers, across all of them, and reads them beside data a chat window cannot give you, to form a clear picture. Asking your ChatGPT once is holding a single piece of a puzzle. We assemble the whole puzzle, thousands of pieces, to show you the clear picture.

What does the research cost?

The research is designed for your brand after discovery, and the quote follows the scope: how many products or services, how many markets, how many buyer types. You see the scope and the quote in writing before you decide.

How long does it take, and what do I have to do?

About four weeks from the start of discovery to your baseline and action plan. Your part is a few short rounds of questions at the start, and a working session at the end of the research, around week four. Every action comes with a brief clear enough for your own team or a third party contractor to pick up and implement.

Do you implement the recommendations?

No. We uncover, we explain, and we prepare a detailed and prioritized action plan so anyone can execute it, whether someone in house or an expert you hire for it. Keeping the implementation outside the research is what makes the later measurement worth trusting: whoever writes your content and your pages should not be the one grading whether it worked. Where you need hands, we can point you to people who have done it.
