Who we are
siavak.com is run by Siavak Digital Marketing Kft., Révay köz 4, 1065 Budapest, Hungary, company registration number 01-09-203805, EU VAT number HU25168611 ("Siavak Analytics", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
We work only with businesses. siavak.com is for companies and the people who represent them. We do not offer our services to consumers, and we do not collect consumer data through this site.

What we collect
What you send us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. Your name and your work email are personal data even when they belong to your job, so this policy covers them. We use them only to communicate with you as a representative of your business and to prepare working together.
The work with us form: your name, your work email, your company website, what you tell us about yourself and what you do, and how we can help.
The free report form: the website and the product or service to check, who buys it and why, your name, your email, your relationship to the business and your role.
The study form: your name, your work email, your company website, your role, the brand and the product or service the study should cover, and your answers about your business, your market, what you already know, what prompted you, what it costs you to acquire a customer, when you want to start and who signs off, plus anything else you add.
What any website receives
When you visit a page, our hosting provider records technical data about the request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the page you came from, and your browser and device. These server logs keep the site secure and working.
What we do not collect
The site has no advertising trackers and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To answer your message, prepare a call and discuss working together. The basis is taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
To run the free research you asked for and send you the report. The basis is doing what you asked us to do (Article 6(1)(b)).
To keep the site secure and working. The basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).
To keep the records the law requires if we work together, such as contracts and invoices. The basis is our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
No decision about you is made automatically. Every message and every request is read by a person.
About the free report
The research is about the business, not about you. We ask AI assistants about the brand and read what is publicly available about the business. Your own details are used to send you the report and to talk about it.
Each report is published at a private address that is not listed or linked anywhere. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the people you choose. If you want a report taken down, tell us and we remove it.
Who else handles your data
We use service providers who process data for us, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Hostinger, which hosts this site and receives what you send through its forms;
- Resend, which delivers each form submission to our mailbox as an email;
- Google Workspace, which runs our mailbox, where your messages are kept;
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on these pages. To load them, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Where needed, we also share data with our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, and with public authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers, such as Google and Resend, are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages and form answers that do not lead to working together: for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow up on it, then we delete them.
If we work together: for the length of the work, and afterwards for as long as Hungarian accounting and tax law requires us to keep the records.
Delivery records: Resend keeps a record of each message it delivers for a limited period set by its service.
Server logs: for a short period, for security, as set by our hosting provider.
Free reports: they stay at their private address until we take them down, or until you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and object to how we use it, in particular where we rely on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to us at hello@siavak.com. We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary it is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, www.naih.hu. You can also turn to the authority in the country where you live or work.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. siavak.com does not set any cookies.
If we add anything that uses cookies or similar storage, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent first (except for what the site strictly needs to work) and update this section. Sites we link to, such as LinkedIn, have their own policies.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
